  • Had a ton of fun!

We went all out for our first trip with both the fright lane, fast line, and skeleton key add ons. We went in excited and anxious... we had no idea what to expect! We made the mistake of Mr. Cleavers Bloodshed as our first house... it was absolutely terrifying and LONG. That was my main problem; they seemed to go on forever! It was VERY foggy and at quite a few points we could NOT see where we were going. We decided that was just too much for us. 3 of our party of 5 went in the Dark Harverst and they said it fun, scary, a with some humor as well. The skeleton key rooms for the Zombie and Chateau houses were pretty fun and a bit unnerving... the skeleton key rooms OUTSIDE of the houses were not nearly as fun or entertaining, and prizes were impossible. The 2 houses stared above were scary enough without me screaming for them to stop (like in Blood), zombie wasn’t definitely the least scary, then Chateau, then Blood. Our problem with Blood as well was that it is VERY closed in and it was hard to dodge the actors (there were even sparks flying at one point?) Most scare zones are unavoidable unless you want to spend money on a no-boo necklace. Fun, became expensive quickly, but still enjoyable.

  • Email Verified Hit or flop situation...

Well, the good thing is is that all of the non-children rides are open all night as well, so that's a bonus. I went October 29, 2016 and there were six main attractions to this haunt other than the scare zones which are also fun too (the graveyard scare zone was the best!). Of the six attractions, bezerkers was just kinda strange...not scary and kinda a waste of time, I would defiantly recommend changing that one for next year. it wasn't even a haunted house nor scary! Zombie high school and hell side farm were ok...not great but they had a couple jump scares. The chateau was actually quite well done! It had some EXCELENT props and design but wasn't all that scary. By far, the best two at valley scare are the Humane Habitat and Mr. Cleavers Bloodshed. The habitat one was quite well done and was changed since last year! it was just really eerie...really spooky! Lastly, the bloodshed one was by far the best, and quite possibly, the best haunted house I have ever been in!!! I don't wan to give much away, but the use of strobe lights and mirrors was fantastic! I have been to Valley scare 4 times, and this has been the best of the night, 3 out of 4 times! beware though, the lines are long from about 7-11...after 11:00 they do send in people one at a time! watch out! Overall, worth it. Maybe not two years in a row, but defiantly come check it out ;)

  • Email Verified Not worth time

I went to valleyscare the past 2 years and it was pretty good but not this year. WAY too overcrowded. I barely had any room to breathe and I didn't get scared once. The problem is, there is too many people and not enough employees. And the wait is terrible. I was there for 2 hours and only got through 1 haunted house and didn't even get scared cause they let you go in groups so you know everything that's coming up and they always scared the people in front of us. Also upset that they got rid of enterprise. Definitely not coming back

  • A Great Time

This is truely the best halloween attraction in the area. Sure it has lines and some scares are predictable or given away but not even close to all of them. This is all part of the fun imo, go prepared to gave fun and you will. There are multiple haunted houses, graveyards, lots of foggers, lots of actors. Live shows and hot cocoa! It really is worth your time and money. We have gone 3-4 years ( not in a row ) and we will continue to keep it on our todo list.

  • average experience

To be honest I had only been to Valley Scare once and it was October of 2014 and I had a non memorable experience. I had to wait 45 minutes for mighty mouse. the roller coasters near the back were closed. The HALLOWEEN events were just average. There were I believe 5 haunted buildings and there were maybe 1 or 2 good ones. It was just WAY too crowded. The workers were sending too many people through the lines at a time. You could see almost every person scaring someone in front of you before you got scared. I just don't know if it's worth admission. Then again I had gone on the day before Halloween.

  • Skip the Keys

I went on Saturday and was disappointed by the Extra Key rooms. Not only are they not that good but the wait is unreal. We were typically in line longer than the normal admission people just to go to extra rooms. Otherwise the attractions were good and a lot of fun. Plus its always fun to be at the park after dark

  • Amazing

I went Saturday, did Skeleton Key and had a BLAST with everything. From the mazes to the Live Entertainment, there's nothing to complain about when it comes to Haunt. LOVE it.
