I've been there a few times. On different tours I've experienced lights turning on, odd smells, the sound of people walking across the stage, and numerous cold spots. The 3 hour tour is a must for any ghost hunter just to experience the basement. The place has a well documented history of paranormal activity. The theatre itself is a non-profit so your ticket is a donation to keep the place running and provide theatre to the neighborhood.
