St. Paul City Hall - Ramsey County Courthouse
Saint Paul, MN 55102
This location is supposedly haunted by apparitions wearing old-style clothing. They have been heard laughing in empty rooms and high heels have been reported walking down empty hallways. The apparition of a shoeshine man has also been seen in the lobby, while a man, who is believed to be a convict who was executed here long ago, has been seen hanging from a noose.

I use to work there! It wasn't unusual to have the papers on your desk fly up in the air all of a sudden but the oddest thing was the phone would ring the same time every day, on the other end was a woman who asked for the same person, who did not know. The call came from the conference room, but NO one was in there, we could see in there no one!
Our storage room door would just rattle and rattle ,I sat by the door ,it would carry on for several minutes.
Spooky place,Oh, I forgot what floor but it was like a time warp, people in top hats, ladies in long dresses, like they are waiting for a train or something, traveling.
During my interview to work here, I was asked how I felt about paranormal, I am fascinated!
