Fitzgerald Theater

People report EMF hallucinations here, including visual hallucinations of human form and audio hallucinations of people conversing. These hallucinations apparently occur when an object, organism, structure, or landform is surrounded by EMF emanating from a nearby source. In modern days if someone actually hallucinates a human form (like a ghost) it is probably someone located next to communications equipment in the area, alive and well Sometimes it is possible to hallucinate the first-person perspective of someone carrying a radio on their person, such as someone operating a moving vehicle or walking down the street. If this happens frequently here, you should also be able to discern human voices mutated and blended with near and distant environmental noise (sounds like faint cartoon voice choir).

I was sent to put new flooring on the steps at the Fitzgerald theater, I am not a huge believer of ghosts nor do I scare easily. So I was sent to the basement to lay out the carpet to be cut and sized for the steps. The only place that was wide open enough to roll out a 20 ft by 12 ft roll. I had a someone’s watching me feeling the whole time down there. Truly an uneasy feeling, to the point where I sped up more to get out of there. So this is what freaked me out, I use certain tools to cut straight lines in the carpet, All my years I would cut the piece I needed and leave the tool where I last used it on the floor , The end of the carpet is where I always leave it. When I came back downstairs to cut the next piece, my cutting tools were moved to the beginning of the carpet, and set in such a fashion as if someone was setting the dinner table, perfectly square and straight . Never done that in all my career and I was alone there the whole time. Needless to say, careful on those last top steps, not sure how many staples are in those steps, never worked so fast.

I lived at the Fitzgerald condos which has a shared wall to the theater. I could feel being watched. One night I woke up to a black shadow standing over me, but I couldn't move. This was one of the scariest experiences of my life. I was afraid of going asleep. Also, some of my stuff would go missing and reappear days later. Including car keys.

I'm hesitant to recommend living here, but if you want to check out the theater it's probably safe.
