The Kelsey Theater is where Miss Kelsey has died, and she has been seen playing the piano onstage. The apparitions of a man and woman in Victorian style clothing have been seen at Melby Hall. The ghostly Red Hat Boy appears with his phantom dog at Thorson Hall and he is believed to be a former student who lived in the dorm at one time.
