This old factory is now an experimental art venue and is believed to be quite haunted. It has been said that the soap was made from animal fat (allegedly from thousands of strangled stray dogs and the like). The site was also said to produce limbs for injured Civil War soldier before it became a factory. The site is said to smell of sulfur and be infested with demonic entities, some if who many take over the actors as they perform.
