Went there over the weekend on the way home to look. It’s in a rough shape with no one attending to the weeks. A tripod and lights were set up on an unmarked or at least I couldn’t find a name on it. Lots of tokens left at most sites which was nice to see people paying respects. The 6 crosses were not up unless they got buried in the grass or taken down. I felt peace walking around so take that as you like.

I was just there alone. Might have been one of the scariest nights of my life other than Morton abandoned School. I was there alone at evening when I suddenly herd a scream i was so scared. I read the board and almost started crying when i heard the ways they died and the ages. Then I got chills and when i was walking around i felt something pinch me and on my way out i heard another scream.

Sad state
Have a ?. Where is the white stone with the crosses? Have been to the Vicksburg Cemetery three times and not seen anything like that. Also the sign showing 14 people buried out there is incorrect. The mother that drowned her two daughters is not buried there, she is buried in Redwood Falls and the father is buried in Oregon. I'm referring to the Bickels. Feel a heavy weight when I'm there but nothing scary or paranormal. Terribly sad the shape it's in but typical of abandoned, hidden cemeteries.

Heard lots of stories about this site growing up because I grew up and now live about 15 miles away. We went there once, group of 5, including myself in the evening/late afternoon around sunset. We went in, being typical, disrespectful teenagers, making fun of the idea of ghosts and joking around. We walked through the front part to get to the childrens section of the cemetery which is set back into the trees a little further. One of my friends who was a bit heavy-set and always the sassiest person in the group, had this joke about how she was too fat to tie her own shoes so she'd make our other friend tie them for her since she was very small and closer to the ground. It sounds mean but we all thought it was really funny. Anyway, when we got there, she changed from sandals to her sneakers and made our friend tie them for her before we walked in. We were in there for a little while, maybe 45 minutes. Nothing happened, no glowing gravestone, so we left. But as we got back to the car, my friend with the shoes noticed that both of her shoes were now completely untied. We all got a little freaked out because, my smaller friend, not wanting to continually tie shoelaces, would double-knot the laces and tie them up as tight as she could to keep them from coming undone. My friend, who was always the sassiest, had been the most vocal about how nothing was going to happen and even taunted the "ghosts" so we suspected that to be the reason why she was the one who was targeted. It could be nothing more than shoelaces coming untied as we walked through the area that isn't well groomed or landscaped regularly.
