A day at Emma Krumbee’s Apple Orchard offers a break from the tangle of everyday living with pure and simple, honest-to-goodness family fun. Pick-Your-Own Pumpkins:
Find out why Emma Krumbee’s is named Favorite Pumpkin Patch by the Star Tribune, and named Top Annual Group Tour Festival and Events for 7 years running by the Minnesota Office of Tourism!

Your family will take a tractor-pulled wagon ride throughout the orchard to the Great Pumpkin Patch. There, you’ll find thousands of all sizes and shapes, each with a jack-o-lantern personality just waiting to be discovered! You’ll want to pick your pumpkins during the Great Scarecrow Festival! See more than 100 hand-crafted scarecrows entered in every annual competition!

Scarecrow Festival:
Since 1983, the Scarecrow Display has been turning heads, and the good old country fun is the ultimate in rural festivities. The little ones quickly become footloose and fancy-free as they wander about the orchard “scarecrow gazing.”

Tractor-pulled wagons take you to the orchard and to the Great Pumpkin Patch. Fun rides, great food and fantastic weekend entertainment. Find the perfect pumpkins, pick a variety of delicious apples, and select from attractive mums, gourds, cornstalks, Ornamental corn and straw bales for your fall decorations.

Festival Features:
Over 100 unique, handcrafted, artistic, exciting scarecrows on display in Emma Krumbee’s 45-acre Apple Orchard.

Pick-Your-Own Apples:
Emma Krumbee’s Apple Orchard and Farm has apples galore! 10 varieties of apples and more than 6000 dwarf apple trees!

Children and parents alike delight in this great yet relaxing adventure. You’ll ride our tractor-pulled wagons out into the apple orchard to discover just the right apples. Sample a few to pick your favorites. We’ll provide bags and assistance, if you want to take more home to friends and family, or to make your own pies, apple sauce and other family favorites!
