Before the long cold of the Minnesota winter starts to set in, a different kind of chill fills the air at Northern Frights. Six Haunted Attractions are set among old growth Oak trees and the winding Wattanwan river, in buildings as old as the trees.
· Legends: Out of the Minnesota wilderness, tall tales of terror have emerged, including Big Foot and ghosts rising from a sunken ship. What would happen if they were all in one place?

· Bloody Backwoods: NEWthis year in the woods along the river trail is the Bloody Backwoods...Were not giving anything away about this one :)

Gauntlet: NEW this year, we are super excited about this new Attraction. It is how it sounds, only one group at a time runs the Gauntlet...Good Luck

· Killer Clowns 3D: Strap on your 3D glasses for this assault of the senses. Bright colors, neon lights, and killer clowns coming from all sides are just some of the horrors that await.

· Phobias: Are you afraid of spiders? Small spaces? Dark corridors? You'll find out on this twisted walk of fear.

· Terror Tunnel: Enjoy our Vortex Tunnel over and over again if you can! Email Haunt Owner

  • Worth The Drive!!

We had heard good things about Northern Frights and decided to make the almost 2 hr drive to check it out. So glad we did, the location at an old Fairgrounds really set the mood. The Haunts were awesome and left us running out of every building. The 3-D one was super cool!!!

  • Email Verified Had a great time

If you are looking to enjoy some good scares with family, this one fits the bill. I’d been here before and lots of things had changed this time. We got scared, we laughed and we had a great time.

  • Email Verified Pretty intense scares...

Few of the scares were pretty intense. The phobias had tailor-made places that invokes your hidden figures.

It was incredible. The set design of Legends was super creepy. The scares and props were also impressive. The 3D clowns were my favourite.

  • Impressive

My kids and wife seemed to enjoy the scares and the different attractions. Set design was impressive. My wife had a hard time in the phobias as she was a bit claustrophobic. The clowns scared the daylight out of all of us. Overall, we all had an entertaining 40 minutes. Kids already want to visit again. Worth it.

  • Frightened by spiders..Lol...

We drove for about an hour and half to visit Northern Frights and we were not disappointed. In fact we were amazed at the things they have in the haunt. The set design of haunted houses were creepy and original. Attention to details can’t be missed. My BF liked the phobia house. I am frightened by spiders, and that house had quite a few of them. Actors’ performance was top-notch. Worth the time and the drive.

  • Email Verified Super great time!

Definitely worth the money. A lot of work was done to make sure we all had a good time and many scares. Regardless of how far away you live it is worth the drive to see this place. Great job everyone at Northern Frights.

  • Email Verified Really Fun!

I like that the attractions are in stations and it gives you a minute to collect yourself before your anxiety creeps up again. The 3D clowns was my favorite. The actors were professional. Some looked like props but were not! The tunnel of terror is really cool too! The tunnel was similar to something I walked through at Ripley’s. We drove an hour and a half to go here and we were totally pleased with our choice.

  • Email Verified Scarey Fun

Loved the 3D building. The Legends building is unique as it features several rooms representing Minnesota Folklore (thus, the Land of 10,000 Screams). A great date night
